Joy and gladness will be found in her,
thanksgiving and the sound of singing.

Broken Hearts

We are meant for relationships wherein other people are consistently delighted to be with us, where the joy of being together always exceeds whatever challenge or rupture might arise. We are meant for true rest, where peace palpably infuses our whole being.

Painful experiences that our bodies, hearts, and minds cannot fully process get lodged in us. Defense mechanisms seek to help us avoid similar pain. If something does bump into a place of pain, our reactions may feel inconsistent with our true self.

Made New

Inner healing unfolds at the pace that feels safe to our heart. When the parts of our heart that seek to protect us sense that it could be safe to explore new possibilities, real renewal awaits.
Inner healing is rooted in rhythms of joy together and quiet together. At its core, connection with Immanuel is what gives life and restores the soul.
Pain and trauma are resolved as more of the heart comes into connection. Parts of the heart that carry unresolved emotion receive care. Parts of the heart that seek to defend us can choose to receive new information or assistance.

Inner healing invites you to journey toward wholeheartedness within yourself, wholehearted connection with Immanuel, and wholehearted connection with others.

The Process

In a HeartSync session, the facilitator guides the recipient through each step of the process. The recipient pays attention to what they are aware of and reports what they notice.
  • The facilitator opens the session in prayer.
  • The recipient recalls a memory of joy, peace, or connection.
  • The recipient savors the memory and offers appreciation.
  • The facilitator invites the recipient to experience Immanuel.
  • As blockages surface, the facilitator offers options.
  • If pain emerges, the recipient may desire to receive help from Immanuel in addressing internal conflicts or resolving pain.
  • The session concludes in prayer.

“With Kristin’s sensitive guidance and leadership, I was able to have an encounter with Jesus and let Him draw closer to the old places in my heart that I had deemed untouchable.”
